How long will my bakes take to arrive?
I will aim to ship your bakes within 4 days.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information.
Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Can I collect in person?
Not right now - but I'm working on it!
For now, keep an eye on my socials where I will share my location so you can get your bakes at their freshest.
How clean is the bald bakes kitchen?
Very.
Food hygiene is no joke and I always maintain the highest standards.
That's why I have a food hygiene rating of 5.
Are your bakes gluten-free?
I do have some gluten-free options available.
I will make sure it's clear which cookies are gluten-free in the product descriptions.
If I don't state a product is gluten-free, then assume it contains gluten.
Do you cater for events?
Yes! I can cater for any event.
I can also decorate packaging with custom stickers to suit the theme of your event.

Can your cookies be frozen?
Cookies can be frozen for up to 6 months.
The best way to enjoy cookies that have been frozen is to:
- let them defrost for 1 to 2 hours
- then place them in the microwave for 20 seconds or in the oven for 4 minutes
